I had an excellent experience working with Gary from Terminix. He was incredibly responsive and made sure every concern was addressed quickly and thoroughly. It was clear that he truly cared about providing great service, everything was handled in a timely, professional manner from start to finish.
On top of that, he was just an all-around nice guy. Courteous, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and ensures customers feel taken care of. I highly recommend him and his Newport News Terminix team!

We had wasps building a home on the inner screen doors of our house and he came out and provided exceptional service with the removal of the wasps as well sd informing us of what was inside of it. He went above and beyond and were truly thankful. I’d recommend him and his services to anyone.

We called up terminix to deal with the common pest problem in our area and they sent someone out. He was very respectful of our home and property. We are big on no shoes in the house and before he came in he took off his shoes without us even asking which is already off to a good start. He came and did his thing, he knew what spots to tackle inside and outside. Outside being the main issue since there’s a small creek out back which can attract water bugs. We were very impressed and satisfied with his services and have not had any issues since he’s helped us. We’d recommend asking for Joey Barcliff to come out.
