I had an excellent experience working with Gary from Terminix. He was incredibly responsive and made sure every concern was addressed quickly and thoroughly. It was clear that he truly cared about providing great service, everything was handled in a timely, professional manner from start to finish.
On top of that, he was just an all-around nice guy. Courteous, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and ensures customers feel taken care of. I highly recommend him and his Newport News Terminix team!

We had wasps building a home on the inner screen doors of our house and he came out and provided exceptional service with the removal of the wasps as well sd informing us of what was inside of it.
