Calla was an outstanding therapist. She listened to my husbands concerns and worked with him to address his issue and in the end all of the exercises she gave him took care of his issue. I highly recommend Calla

I had a ruptured brain aneurysm and stroke and Dr. Leesch and Dr. Salvant and their team saved my life. I'm so thankful for them.

This is a hospital? Odd that the management here would hire people who don’t value human life, and joke about it online. I would avoid this place

Doctors don’t care. I’ve 3 doctors including my gp to get my blood thinner refilled for 2 weeks. Gp I don’t prescribe it you need to go to your specialist. Well she’s out of he office. Her office says she didn’t prescribe it. I sent them the copy of bottle with her name on. I still gotten no where when I’m suppose to be on it for the rest of my life cause right carotid artery is completely blocked.

If I could rate Riverside less than one star, I would. My 91-year-old mother, who has dementia, had an appointment at 8:00 AM because she broke all her fingers in a fall. We arrived at 8:05 AM, and after waiting on a security line for 5 minutes, we finally were able to sign in at the security desk and received our name tags. We were then sent to the front desk, where they informed me that we were in the wrong building. Although they offered a shuttle, after a 5-minute wait, I opted to retrieve my car and drive over to the right part of the hospital myself. We finally reached the correct building at 8:25 AM. Upon our arrival at 8:25, I was told, "Oh, your appointment was at 8:00, so I need to check if they can still see your mom." This visit was critical as she was there for a cast, following an emergency room visit two days prior where her broken fingers/hand had only been bandaged. I was baffled as to why the cast couldn't be applied at the emergency room, but it seemed like it was an effort by Riverside to extract more money, considering my experiences in NY and South Carolina, where my casts were applied immediately, and then a follow-up appt was scheduled. After another 5-minute wait, the secretary returned and informed me, "I'm sorry, the doctors can’t see her today." She then checked the schedule and said, "We'll need to change providers; they can see her on Monday." That's 5 days away! Despite having 15 people in the waiting room and operating until 4:30 PM, Riverside, which claims to provide compassionate and collaborative care, suddenly saw no problem making my 91yo mother with 4 broken fingers and a broken hand stay in pain for another 5 days. It's clear from their waiting room that Riverside Orthopedics is indifferent to patient wait times and has no issue with overbooking their appointments, but lord help you if you had proof that you were running late for a valid reason.

I had an ok experience here. Overall it is clean & small/private. PT Stephanie was not welcoming. I don’t like how some individuals feel my pregnancy is the root of my pain/soreness/stiffness which I didn’t have until a car accident. Especially when any pressure pains me in different areas. When I went to address additional issues (foot, hip, limping) she tells me she would only address neck & back pain… ok. She made me feel uncomfortable/distracted constantly sitting so close to my face staring while speaking. She tells me my doctor is “misinformed PT doesn’t do massages,” which is false because I’ve had PT & massages were a HUGE part of recovery. She stated with my injury currently, massages could make things worse, but prints a summary telling me to do massages & stretches at home?? I guess nobody wants to deal with you while pregnant due to safety & liability. She told me to come back if I still have pain, that I can’t perform most exercises until the baby is born. I was hoping to get massages & stretches in the neck & back & figure out what is causing my foot pain in the bone but I was refused any of the above.

All of the therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Riverside Physical Therapy. The front office staff are nice and polite. I even got a therapist with personal knowledge of my condition which is saying a lot because most doctors have never even heard of my condition. This place is outstanding!
