I was a customer for four years. Most of that time I would have left a five star review. However, we just fired them. We have right at a 1/4 acre and when we started with them, the representative said we for in their lowest pricing tier. About a year ago, we noticed that they weren't treating our whole yard. We mentioned to the person who was treating our yard and he gave us some attitude. The next time they came, we mentioned it again and he insisted on measuring and then said we weren't being charged correctly and said our rates would increase. So, we fired them. And they didn't seem to care.

I arrived home shortly after technician had arrived. He had already started working on the lawn. He stopped to explain to me what he was doing some other general information on my yard. Once he was done he left the invoice on the door. Very nice guy and made sure he covered entire yard. Looking forward to the next application.
