I came in without an appointment as a walk-in around 2pm for a fill and pedicure. I was immediately greeted by Tatiana & Z, they were both with clients and I knew there would be a wait which was no issue. I am a diabetic so I have to be super careful where I go for my services and this salon does everything according to State Board - very clean and sanitary. I was honestly impressed. My fingers and toes look & feel amazing, I simply cannot wait to go back in 2 weeks!
Requested style: I showed the girls a picture of what I wanted and they knocked it outta the park. I am very happy with how it turned out.
Cleanliness: Super clean, they sanitize their stations and tools in between each client.
Stylist: Tatiana and Ziara are amazing with their craft.

Walked into the facility and signed my name on a spiral notebook to sign in. Three technicians and NO ONE acknowledged me at all. After sitting for about 10 minutes or so, a lady walks in of a different “race” and was instantly greeted and asked how she could be helped. In disbelief, I got up and left! Horrible service! Zero customer service!

Everyone was really nice and very welcoming. However, there was only one person working on my initial arrival, think she was the owner. I left and came back a hour later, then I waited for almost 30 mins for a pedicure then a young lady showed up. That’s not why I’m giving 2 stars. After waiting , I was sat in a chair that didn't work so the first part of my pedicure was super uncomfortable, then I was moved to another chair toward the end, the young took 2 hours on my pedicure and not even one week later my gel polish was bubbling up and coming off. Not my normal spot for pedicures I went there because they are black owned. I’ll give them a second try with a different tech. I love supporting my people and hopefully the experience is better. Prices are great as well.

Everyone is very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Dee. She did an amazing job! I believe I found my new nail home finally after kissing a couple frogs.
Requested style: I wanted Pikachu on my nails and she made it happen!

Jamila was absolutely wonderful! She took her time and made sure my nails were done properly. She also has a lovely personality and was a joy to talk with. The prices are also great and still within budget, even with a tip.

Ly Ly did my nails and toes. I asked her to freestyle and she killed my nails🔥🔥🔥🔥! This was the first time I had ever gotten my nails done and they were full. Countless compliments and most of all I FREAKING LOVE IT!! Outstanding work🤩 I’m definitely going back and will be taking my daughter 💯
