Absolutely horrible. They take advantage of the elderly and do little to no cleaning. I bought my parents a $250 gift card which allowed 2 hours of cleaning. They are physically disabled and desperately needed someone to come in and get deep cleaning done. Baseboards covered in filth, dust hanging on lampshades and back of bathroom door, grime on bathroom wall (called to talk to them and they said "they don't do walls"??) Half the house wasn't even vacuumed. I live over an hour away and it took me until the following weekend to see what happened. The office said you only have 24 hours to say something. When our 2 Molly Maids cleaned our house they did an amazing job. We were so very pleased with their work. As far as I am concerned they completely did my spring cleaning and I am so very pleased. I highly recommend Molly Maid of the Peninsula and Wmbg to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning of their house.
