Had a really great experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal. I was honestly super scared at first because of a bad past laser experience elsewhere, but the staff reassured me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and were very knowledgeable, especially about treating darker skin tones.
I’m a darker complexion and my skin has responded really well to the YAG laser they use. I also struggle with PCOS-related hair growth and ingrown hairs, and after only 1–2 sessions I’ve already noticed a huge reduction in hair growth and improvement in my skin overall. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone, especially women with sensitive skin, ingrowns, or PCOS concerns!

Very welcoming a respectful. Great conversation every time I come in. Everyone is very professional. Shaliyah (clinic manager) talked me through the entire process (with pictures) and answered any questions I had HONESTLY lol. Brittany (LPN) is very skilled with the laser lol. She knows the exact places on where she needs to go fast and slow for the least amount of pain as possible. She’ll also give you great tips for the after care process. Kamaria (front desk) is so patient when it comes to scheduling. From waiting for me to pull up my schedule to calling in to reschedule she has been there for me. 10/10 would recommend

All of the ladies are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a problem with facial hair since high school and always been self conscious of it. They were able to make it affordable so I can finally stop shaving like a man and feel more confident in myself!

I just finished my third session and let me tell you, it works! Shaving, waxing, ipl- all would leave me with ingrowns and razor burn. I will say in the past 15 weeks, I have had to shave maybe 3 times. Brittany the nurse who does the treatment is great and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She is fabulous! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I don’t feel like they actually tell you how painful it is. I would rate it a solid 6/10 pain and ten is being mauled by a bear. I’m trusting the process to be hair free and confident this summer ! I have and will continue to recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.
