Excellent service. Had an emergency water line connection toilet break and Mason & Son Plumbing sent a skilled and professional team to my home. In addition, the price for the fix was cost friendly and the completed job looked great. Thank you!

From scheduling the appointment to having the services performed everything was top tier. Chris was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mason and Son for all your plumbing needs.

We have had excellent work in the past from this company. However, this last visit involved reattaching one pipe in the crawl space. We were told our crawlspace was extra small and the guy that came couldn't comfortably get in the space (we've had tons of people down there so this seemed hard to believe). When we scheduled this appointment, we made it clear the problem was in a crawlspace so that shouldn't have been a surprise. Soooo, they sent another guy to reattach this one pipe and charged us labor for TWO technicians==plus the time it took to figure out they needed someone smaller. If we had known this was the case, we would have chosen another company. $300 to reattach one pipe (parts were about $17)!

Needed help with a sewer leakage problem. Called and and spoke with a very professional person who asked me the pertinent questions. Dave called me back and resolved my issues. Highly recommend Mason and Sons. Can't say enough good things

Had a major drain back up on Easter causing flooding. I called and explained the problem and told them that I was ok waiting until the next day, and by Monday afternoon the problem was fixed. Justin and Dave were thorough, professional and caring working extra to ensure my issue was resolved and l was satisfied. I've used them before and they never disappoint, they are my "go to" for any plumbing needs.

HVAC went out on Thursday and by Friday afternoon had a new system installed and running great. Technicians were professional and highly knowledgeable. This company went above and beyond to get this system installed. Justin and Rob outstanding job.

The technician, Chris, was very nice and professional and definitely knew what he was doing/he did good work and answered any questions I had. I was surprised to be charged for the hour of time to get standard drainage parts and fittings that should have been on the truck based on Dave, the owner, knowing it was a drainage pipe leak already. Overall, the service was good but I don't think I should have been charged for not having standard drainage pipe materials on the van.
