We had such a great experience with Lowe's. Everyone from the office staff to Javier, who did our duct cleaning, was so nice and professional. We also greatly appreciated Javier accommodating our request to clean the ducts in one room first, so we could keep our cats in there for the remainder of the job so they didn't accidentally get outside. I don't know if our home has ever had duct cleaning done before but the air feels and smells so much cleaner. Cannot recommend Lowe's enough.
