This is an excellent place for your eye care. The staff and doctors are excellent. I'm from Norfolk and drive over for their services! It is well worth the drive and the time through the tunnel. They are very friendly and helpful. They make sure you understand what's going on with your eyes and what you need to do. They are not pushy and also give you alternatives. I have had one cataract surgery and I'm getting ready to do the other one this coming week. It was amazing with the one I how much better I can see. Sometimes we don't realize what is going on. Suggest you take the poor reviews about this practice with a grain of salt. Dr. Ericksen performed my surgery, and I have nothing but good things to say. My personal experience with office staff and technicians has been very positive. Everyone has been courteous and the wait times haven't been long.
