I have had wonderful service from Keith and his team. We recently changed our phone system with Keith's recommendation and assistance with installation and setup. We have had no issues with our new VOIP system and are very satisfied with our decision to use EBI for this change. We moved our office the end of April and the change in the phone system made transitioning the phones much easier. Keith and Chris did all the wiring, setup with Cox, installation and testing of our computers, internet and phones. Everything we needed to be able to get back up and running as soon as possible. It was flawless. I highly recommend Keith and his team for all your technology needs.

EBI Backup has amazing service! I had one computer that my 13 year old destroyed by going to every gaming site known to man and picking up lots of viruses in the process. EBI Backup was able to retrieve family photos and personal information that I thought was gone forever and restored my computer back to working condition. They are the first place I go if I have any trouble.
