An excellent sales rep, she was friendly, polite, n knowledgable! The two installers were really nice n hard workers. They had to be wore out after doing 3 rooms they gad to pull in the carpet up first, then the actually swept the floors before they laid the new flooring. They really did a nice job!!! I hope they still work there when I get another room done! Thanks guys y’all did an excellent job!
Our experience with Empire has been very positive. Tracy brought out the samples so we could see in our environment how it blended. The installers worked for 7.5 hours straight and did a marvelous job. The padding and carpet feel so great under our bare feet and looks beautiful. We recommend them highly!
