Just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin Smith at East Coast! He made our washing machine purchase very simple and quick. We knew our price range and he brought us right to the product that we saw on their website. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, offered great advice and suggestions and had us in and out quickly. Thanks! One of the best customer care stores, Ty was attentive, polite and once I told him what I needed him never tried to talk me into something else. This was my second time dealing with the Newport News location, I would go again and recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great service Ty
