The treasurer was very rude and down greaded my husband with his thuggish attitude everyday he stopped by with out notice. Yet they did help with rent for two weeks but never came in to talk to both of us like human beings. We have had been doing what we where supost to do before we went to the DAV chapter 2. Will not be going to this chapter again. For get this chapter and go straight to LINK. they will do more and have more respect for veterans. They will also talk to you and your spouse with respect and treat you as if your a real part of there family.

Zero stars for zero help, zero people there during the listed operating hours, zero returned phone calls when I have left a message for assistance, and zero stars again for zero help again. People plan and take the time to come here and waste time and resources to get help here only to sit and wait around in the parking lot for SOMEONE/ANYONE to arrive and no one does. I waited for an hour, another gentleman nearly two hours….the argument of “this is not all the time…”; I have been to this location and contacted them SEVERAL times to no avail.
