Had a great experience here was welcomed at the door. Stylists were very friendly and professional and informed me of what I needed for my hair in the future .Will definitely be coming back from now on I loved it.

This salon has been my go-to for blow outs! They never disappoint. I recently came in to have my hair dyed lighter and the stylist exceeded my expectations! She not only colored and styled it to perfection she prioritized the health of my hair as well 💖

Hi I went here the ladies assume other people can’t understand Spanish. Talked bad about my hair texture while I was in the chair and. Other than that I don’t know what they put in my hair because it ended damaging my curls after, and this is not my first time getting my hair blown out.

I came here a couple weeks ago for a silk press. Initially was happy and left a tip. My coils have not returned after washing my hair, which let's me know she either added chemicals during the process of washing and deep conditioning my hair or this is severe heat damage. I am leaning towards chemicals since before I washed my hair it was and still is breaking off at the strand versus shedding from the root
Update 2/6/2025: I realized I have patches of new growth where my hair broke off since receiving this service. This is very very very disappointing in trusting my natural hair would be cared for and I did let Eta know I hadn't had my hair pressed in over a year and I could hear some of her conversation where she noted to the other stylists she could see blonde at the very end of my strands. With that being said it was obvious I was recovering my natural hair and growing it out as there was only millimeters at the very tips of my hair with color and the rest of my hair was natural. It was extremely irresponsible of her as a stylist to sneak chemicals into my hair and as women we all know how important our hair is to us. If you're natural, stay far far far far FAR away from here. BTW my service was 85 and I tipped 20 regrettably.

I walked in to get my eyebrows done originally and decided I should see about getting my hair done. I walked up to one of the workers and asked if they could do my hair because it’s very thick. (My hair is very dense and 4b and not everyone can handle it so I wanted to be sure beforehand). I asked are you sure and told her she should feel my hair to be sure. She lightly felt it and said yes. I asked how much it would be, she said $85. That was fine with me. The whole time I was getting my hair done it was so painful. The amount of heat put on my hair was ridiculous. She blow dried my hair, then flat ironed it, then blow dried it again then flat ironed it again. I’m scared to wash my hair now because I don’t want to see any heat damage. No heat protection was used either. After she finished they charged me $103 and told me it was because of “the hair”. I was very clear about my hair type and even let them feel it before asking the price which is when she told me $85. If you are black with very thick hair and tight curls I wouldn’t recommend. If you have a looser texture this place may be good for you. I was pretty uncomfortable the entire service because of how they handled my hair not to mention the pain while carelessly “detangling” it. I gave two stars because they were polite and I liked my hair afterwards but I fear the health of my hair was compromised and not communicating with me about up charges is unacceptable.

I have shoulder length hair and they charged me 90 dollars for a wash and blow out. I know its because im black and i have 4b hair texture. I will never step foot in this place again.i never expected to be charged so much.

Alejandra and her employees were so welcoming, it was my first time and i didn’t have to make an appointment to come in. My hair turned out amazing & i will definitely be back.
