On one of the hottest days of the summer (98 degrees) my home warranty HVAC contractor could not come out over the weekend, leaving me to call A-1. The technician called to say he was on the way and arrived and put me out of my misery. He was polite snd professional and solved the issue. The house is cool now. Thank you to Chris snd A-1 American.
James came To repair my A/C unit and after fixing several small things, the problem did not go away. Gave me several price options and came back the next day at 0600 to start installation. He worked non stop for 6 hours and I have a new system! I appreciate his hard work and immediate response during a heat wave.
Nick was great! I called and he was able to assess my issue with not having hot water the same day. He notified me, the heater needed to be replaced and he could do it the very next day. He was a pleasure to deal with and my issue was resolved within 24hours.
