Very professional yet very friendly service, communication and results from Josh and PC Magician. From the first phone call to the after service follow up, Josh did a great job @ my home office work station. Josh took the time to talk with me over the phone about my computer set-up's issues beforehand. He then sent a confirming appt email, as well as giving me a courtesy call an hour before his arrival, arrived on time, gave me a clear breakdown of my computer's issues after some diagnostic work, and had it up and running ASAP. Josh was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was able to do everything I needed to get done in 1 hour. I positively will use him again!!!

Excellent service provided by Josh McClure! He not only cleaned up the damage caused by me trying to fix a screen problem on my laptop (thus saving me a ton of money), he also took the care and research to figure out why the screen was having trouble waking up and repaired the hardware and software issues. I feel like I definitely did NOT pay him enough for all the attention and improvement he provided. :-) Highly recommend.
