This is my second time working with Andrew (1st was knee replacement 7/23). I fractured my shoulder really badly, sling for 12 weeks, locked shoulder and Andrew, as always, did a great job of being positive, educating me, and developing a plan at home (with things I had plus I ordered a pulley). He is always shaking things up and modifying exercises at the inperson rehab center. They have the sweetest staff from
Admins to Techs. It is a very friendly environment and there is a lake just outside the windows! Madeline and all the techs are so great. Pic on last day. Highly recommend VA Center for spine!!! And ANDREW!!!!
I genuinely could not speak more highly of VCSST. All of the staff — the front desk, the rehab aides, and the clinicians — have been nothing but wonderful and pleasant to work with.
I was lucky enough to be treated by Adam for chronic heel pain I had been battling for almost a year due to a stress fracture, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendinitis. I worked with him for about 2-3 months; now I’m back in the gym lifting and going for my lil mental health walks. When I started PT I couldn’t walk without pain. Now I am walking 2+ miles regularly, pain free. Adam may or may not be a wizard.

I was so thankful to find this place for my sons physical therapy after a sports injury. He had strained his lower lumbar. Gabe Littaua was absolutely amazing at helping our son to have a quick recovery! He was able to help my son feel comfortable and had a solid plan for him to improve his strength and healing. If we ever need a PT again, he will be our go to! Shimeka at the front desk was also a star! She was always so kind to us. Glad to have a trustworthy place nearby.
