This is my second time working with Andrew (1st was knee replacement 7/23). I fractured my shoulder really badly, sling for 12 weeks, locked shoulder and Andrew, as always, did a great job of being positive, educating me, and developing a plan at home (with things I had plus I ordered a pulley). He is always shaking things up and modifying exercises at the inperson rehab center. They have the sweetest staff from
Admins to Techs. It is a very friendly environment and there is a lake just outside the windows! Madeline and all the techs are so great. Pic on last day. Highly recommend VA Center for spine!!! And ANDREW!!!!

I genuinely could not speak more highly of VCSST. All of the staff — the front desk, the rehab aides, and the clinicians — have been nothing but wonderful and pleasant to work with.

I was lucky enough to be treated by Adam for chronic heel pain I had been battling for almost a year due to a stress fracture, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendinitis. I worked with him for about 2-3 months; now I’m back in the gym lifting and going for my lil mental health walks. When I started PT I couldn’t walk without pain. Now I am walking 2+ miles regularly, pain free. Adam may or may not be a wizard.

I have spent more time in doctor’s offices than anyone would like, physical therapy and others, and I can say with much confidence, this clinic takes the cake. The people, their knowledge, their passion and sincere empathy, the atmosphere — and top it off, it’s got a lovely lake view. I’m starting PT with Andrew shortly for chronic tension headaches, and I can honestly say I’m excited to start working with him. Who can say they’re excited to go to the doctor?!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've seen much improvement with my ages and pains! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a good PT in the area.

I was so thankful to find this place for my sons physical therapy after a sports injury. He had strained his lower lumbar. Gabe Littaua was absolutely amazing at helping our son to have a quick recovery! He was able to help my son feel comfortable and had a solid plan for him to improve his strength and healing. If we ever need a PT again, he will be our go to! Shimeka at the front desk was also a star! She was always so kind to us. Glad to have a trustworthy place nearby.

This facility was amazing during my recovery journey. Dr. Brown was incredible to work with and truly took his time to make sure my agility and stability came back after my surgery. If Dr. Brown was not available he made sure I was scheduled with another physical therapist who was equally as competent. My overall experience with this team was phenomenal and a great atmosphere.

I came to VCSST in late May 2025 due to a bad fall where I sustained a right shoulder injury. Even though I hadn't broken anything, I did have a bad strained shoulder and knew I needed PT sooner than later. The first wonderful thing about VCSST are those two lovely ladies, Paula and Shimeka, who greet you when you come through the door. They keep all your appointments current and help you get times that work best for your schedule. Then there is the sheer beauty of this facility. When you get back to the Gym, there is a solid wall of windows that faces a lake and lots of trees. It makes working out a real pleasure.
My physical therapist was Dr. Adam Schneider. After my initial assessment, Adam developed a customized treatment plan to get me back to doing the things that I wasn't able to do at that point. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and really listens to his patients and their concerns. When I had a problem with some of my exercises, Adam would give me another one that would accomplish the goals he had set for me, but that I could better handle. He is also very encouraging as you progress through the weeks and months. I felt that my treatment plan was evolving the whole time I was there.
I also enjoyed working with those great PT Assistants, David, Hunter, and Madelyn. Thanks so much guys. You know your stuff! Many thanks to Gabe, my physical therapist when Adam couldn't be there. It was a pleasure and I appreciate it so much. I graduated from VCSST on February 4, 2026. I left people who were like family to me. I will come back here in an instant, should the need arise.

I would like to give a five-star rating to the employees at this facility. Particularly to Daniel and Adam who administered PT. Through their efforts I have been able to cancel shoulder surgery.
