I needed a large, fabric patch sewn on the back of my daughter’s denim jacket. I walked in to ask about it. Beverly, the seamstress, came out right away, gave me a quote, and offered to do the work right away. I couldn’t have been happier!
Beverly did an AMAZING JOB with my dress alterations! She even had my dress done ahead of schedule! I will definitely be using Beverly’s (Puritan’s) services for all of my alterations in the future.
Consistently excellent service at this location! Today I spoke with Emily who seems to take customer service to ultimate levels (knowledgeable, competent, listens well, friendly, up-selling additional services, etc.). I will be enrolling in home delivery today based on one of her recommendations.
