Consistently excellent service at this location! Today I spoke with Emily who seems to take customer service to ultimate levels (knowledgeable, competent, listens well, friendly, up-selling additional services, etc.). I will be enrolling in home delivery today based on one of her recommendations.
Beverly is amazing!! Was about to squeeze me in last minute for a suit alternation for my sister’s wedding. She was very helpful, fun, and kind! Suit was ready days earlier than the promise date when I fly out, so just another bonus. Puritan is always great at every location in Richmond. Thank you Beverly!
