I just wanted to share my gratitude for the amazing people we encountered during my daughter's 13th birthday weekend trip. Mrs. Shima, the club lounge concierge, surprised the girls with a special drink to celebrate the occasion. She took care of our every need and truly made us feel spoiled. Mrs. Karen decorated our room, leaving gifts, balloons, and a card all the staff members signed for my daughter's big day. Lastly, Mr. Benjamin (Benji) consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. His genuine concern and energy were truly refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. Sevice was great. The spa was wonderful. Room service was quick. Turn down service was nice after a long day. Had afternoon tea at Entyce which was a great experience. Entyce staff were great. They easily accomodate my food due to allergies. Will be coming back to stay in the future.
