Our family has been going for many years. Once Dr Horne started his concierge medicine, I felt like the services were not as good. I usually feel like I'm a bother to staff. I will say that Patricia Leighton is wonderful. She is usually available for an appointment, which I appreciate, and I never feel like she's in a rush when she's talking to me and answering my incessant questions. I will also add that they don't give you a bill. They use a billing service and that makes paying a bill more complicated. Why can't I at least have a copy of the services rendered?

Our family's experience here has been great. The NP Patricia Leighton truly listens to patients to understand all issues and does not rush us. Although the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed with calls, Yolanda juggles it well and has always followed up to help us with appointments, referrals, and billing questions. My mother likes the feeling of an old-school medical practice based on talking to patients instead of rushing people in and out or making them come for multiple visits just to charge more. Thank you!
