I am disappointed with the communication from Luxe so far. I called twice on two different days to ask about what I need to do before coming in for my treatment. Both times I was told that someone would call me back with the information. Unfortunately, I never received a call either time.
This lack of follow-up feels unprofessional, especially when clients are trying to prepare properly before an appointment. Clear communication should be a basic part of the customer experience.
I purchased this service through Groupon and still plan to come in for my appointment, so I am hoping the in-person experience will be much better than the scheduling process has been so far.

In my hair loss consultation I felt heard and seen. It did feel rushed but her staff asked the right questions as a BLACK woman it made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very knowledgeable diagnosed my issues quickly and looking forward to the follow up appointment for lab work. This is the first time I’ve been able to get real progress for my issues.
I did take the first shot to get a keloid removed and I can already see it getting smaller.

Buyer beware. Horrible place, bait and switch, Dr Moore is outstanding, but after you see her once or twice they toss you off to a PA in whom I have no confidence. She repeatedly insists I should take a medication I don't want for a condition that is not life threatening, and which would exacerbate conditions I have which are like threatening. The final straw for me was when they made an appointment for me on memorial day which I specifically asked about, sent me a reminder for the appointment, and then nobody was in the office when I got here. Done with this practice.

Waist of time.... you pay for the office and location not the service. 1 doctor on board and 20 people staff.... charging $300 for a 2 minute visit that the doctor doesn't even check you ... just hello smile and pay $300.... worst experience and and I wished I had spend my money somewhere else where I would have gotten a result for the visit

I should change my review from 5 to 1. Recently, I was visited by a PA. I was told I had to pay copayments plus my deductibles, even though my deductible was zero. I was caught off-guard and paid, but apparently, they charged me more than they should. This office is making money by collecting inaccurate bills.

Their billing department is so rude. This just shows how greedy some of these dermatology departments are. I tried to give them the insurance number and they refused. The doctor will not benefit from a rude staff
