Absolutely loving my hair. I’m grateful Sarah was able to take what I described and make it into a reality! She and her team are very welcoming & you can tell everyone(clients and stylists alike) enjoy being there. 😊

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK ESP THROUGH CLASSPASS. I have the haircut appointment through the ClassPass for 4pm today. I called the hair salon right after to confirm the time but they told me to come at 2:15pm. I arrived 2:25pm and they already is serving another customer before me and told me I have to wait. I told them I can’t because I am already late for my 3 pm appointment. I told them I can come back again at 4pm but they said they already have Apt booked. Then I told them to cancel my ClassPass which they don’t agree to do. MY WHOLE POINT IS WHY HAVE CLASSPASS OPEN SLOT IF YOU DONT HAVE THE SPOT OPEN. JUST DONT HAVE THE SLOT. IF A CUSTOMER BOOKED A SLOT THAT IS OPEN, THEN YOU HAVE THE DUTY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER OR AT LEAST CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT IF YOU CANT SERVICE ANY MOREE. DONT LET THE CUSTOMER PAY EXTRA FINE TO THE CLASSPASS IF IT IS YOUR FAULT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I've been coming here for a few years now and I can't believe I haven't left an amazing review! Highly recommend making an appointment with Sarah #1(there are two Sarahs here). She is absolutely fantastic and the picture just shows how much care and attention she puts into every client. My hair has never looked so healthy and shiny!! Already booked future appointments! Ample free parking for the salon which is always a HUGE bonus for the Tysons area!

I get my hair cut here by Sarah (the owner), and she is great. Always super friendly. She listens to what I want and my haircut looks great the next day even without styling. It always grows out evenly and nice, too. Highly recommend this neighborhood salon!Services: Hairstyling
