Absolutely wonderful!!!!! So I have a home warrenty, they couldnt get me a technician and Cooks was referred to me by someone with a similar situation. The father and son were completely patient and understanding of my situation and have done everything to help. I called in the morning and son came to fix my ac within about 2 hours. I called him in tears(pregnant and have a lot of personal stuff going on so I'm just extremely emotional) and he was so kind and understanding and let me talk and cry and go over my situation. Had a trane system for 15yrs with several problems.Through my home warranty was introduced to Mr.Cook. He diagnosed my once again broken system and assisted me in getting the information to the warranty company and in the end upgrading my entire system to a new Bosch Ids inverter system! Process was painless, friendly, and quick. Took less than 7days from diagnosis to final new system install. 1st class service and great customer service. Would highly recommend.
