I had an exceptional experience contacting Mike for his towing services. I was extremely skeptical of who to call for help since it requires trusting someone right off the bat that you don't know with your car, but immediately upon arrival he put all those worries to rest. He jumped into action and knew exactly what to do with confidence and in a timely manner, which puts a lot of anxiety at ease. He communicated every step of the way, was available for same day service and showed up quickly after our call. Mike was able to tow my car to the shop quickly without any issues. This was a great experience, Mike came with a flatbed not knowing that my truck was not starting and he worked diligently to get enough juice to the engine so that he could get the truck into neutral and get the assisted brake off.
