I have known the RN who started the agency many years. She is the most compassionate, caring, individual I’ve ever met.I asked her for brochures to take to my primary. That’s how impressed I am. Jessica cares only about the well-being of others.I’ve been chronically ill my entire adult life. If you or your lived one need any kind of help, please don’t hesitate to call them.I met a young man who was a patient of hers seven years ago. I just recently saw him. His progress is amazing. That kind of commitment to your patients is very rare.I wholeheartedly believe for home health, this should be your first choice. Federal is the best, and I have used many.

My family and I consider Federal Caregivers and the staff as part of our family. My brother has been receiving exceptional care from them for the past three years. The office staff and my brother’s caregiver are so attentive, caring and professional. Since my brother has down-syndrome and autism, this company has helped him extremely to come out of his shell, build up his confidence and helped him progress in everyday tasks and skills.
