I don’t know if I can trust anyone anymore. My trainer, Bruce, seemed like such a great guy. He acted like we were buddy’s, and I agreed to 5 lessons for $1,000 a piece. Things seemed a little off during our first time stretching, he told me to do the chicken dance and that it was a great exercise to stretch every muscle in my body.It got weirder when he offered me a buy one get one free stretch session with my wife. He stretched me out for about 2 minutes, but then spent the next 45 minutes with my wife because she had to “relieve a lot of tension.”The last straw was when I was benching, trying to set a personal best. I was weak fat not that fast before I came to athletes addiction but now I’m faster stronger more fit then I was before so athletes addiction really helped
Kids worked hard during summer break and they liked the program.
