I just love going there. Dr. Kozak is the absolutely the best. She's listens and helps with everything. Her bed side manner is out of this world and I just love all the nurses.
Check in process was pleasant and appreciated prior online preregistration process. Difficulty and frustration maneuvering the Portal and its challenging process. Not very user friendly.
Nurse seen at today’s visit was very professional and personable. Ms. Shapiro NP was very professional and thorough.
I would recommend Johnson Health as a very reliable and professional medical facility. Our PCP Brenda Kozak NP is wonderful to communicate and follow up with all medical concerns. We are grateful to have this medical facility and friendly staff in our small community.

I love Brenda Kodak as my page, she knows my history and truely cares about my well being. Her staff mates always is friendly and down to earth. It may take time to get in but they are worth it and good to keep in mind the hundreds of patients they see so don't be discouraged having to wait cause we are all important to them.
