Today was my 2nd visit at VIP Nails & Spa By Pansy. The service was excellent! My 1st visit included a nail fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows never looked better! My Nail French Tips looked awesome. Today's visit was more of the same... excellent customer service, clean and friendly environment, and professional courtesy. A very impressive establishment. Thank you, Pansy, for a job well done!

The salon is clean, people are friendly, And they worked well with my disabled sister. (Thus the 3 stars.)However, I would not recommend getting dip done here. They did not clean them up afterwards and put gel on as a top coat in such a way that it ended up tearing the skin under my thumb nail. It's only been a week and a half and my nails look terrible - they're dry and chipped. I hate to say it as the people were very kind, but we won't be going back.

Their manicures last for weeks - I can often go three before returning for another gel mani and only because it has grown out. They have hundreds of regular and gel colors, so I can always get what I want. The pedicure also includes a paraffin wax dip! Amazing!
