After bouncing around to barbers all year, I finally took the plunge and drove an hour each way from Danville to Gentleman John’s and WOW, was it worth it! I booked with Jared for a beard trim (really, beard maintenance) and he crushed it. Super detailed, professional, and left me looking sharp. Yeah, it’s a 3-hour round trip out of my day, but I’ll gladly keep making it. You might think it’s a little pricey, but trust me you’re paying for quality, and they deliver every time. Classic barbershop vibes, top-tier service, and my beard has never looked better. Gentleman John’s, you’ve officially earned a new regular!
Danilo cut my hair today. I was very pleased with the results. I haven’t gotten a short haircut in quite a while, so I didn’t know what to expect, but it looks great. Danilo was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. I will be back.
I went here for a haircut, midway through, I passed out from something, I don’t know what, and they were calm and polite, helping me through it, I will go back here again any time that I need a cut!
