Doctor Dixon is the head vet there and she is so helpful. She is the best vet I have ever come across and she actually knows what she is doing. She puts your pets health first and does not try to overvaccinate them. If I would recommend any vet it would be Dr. Dixon at Dimond Hill Animal Hospital!

Dr Dixon is a very good Vet. The communication with the office is not good at all. I called three times to make an appointment. I was put on hold and they never came back. Then they refused our auto ship with Chewy because we hadn't made an appointment!? People go to Diamond Hill because they are cheap. You get what you pay for. We switched to Riverside and are very happy with the office staff and Dr Ryan

Zero stars. I was discharged from this practice with no chance of rectifying that I had a $68 credit on my account, whom the receptionist/vet assistant argued with me I didn’t. I had a receipt proving my credit and she actually said it wasn’t accurate. She was upset because she was wrong, she had caught an attitude, then hung the phone up on me. She portrayed to the doctor that I disrespected her, so in turn I’m discharged with no defense. They later found that they were wrong (per my receipt) and issued a refund. This was a two week process. There is a sign that hangs on the wall that if you disrespect her staff, basically the doctor will discharge you. Coincidentally, there’s a pattern. Look within!

Got my dog in same day! This was my first time going to this vet. The price was reasonable (especially for a same day visit), the staff was nice, and you could tell they really cared about the wellbeing of my baby! They gave him lots of love and treats while making sure he was safe and comfortable. I will definitely be going back with all my pets.

Called when my cat was sick. They were able to see him the next day. Very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with him. Had bloodwork and got a shot and sent meds home with instructions of what to continue doing. Reasonable priced for everything they did also. The staff were amazing and as busy as they were, Edgar got the attention and care he needed. Would highly recommend!
