I can’t say enough about Dr. Shannon and the staff! My granddaughter had to have two teeth removed and two silver crowns this morning. From the moment you walk in to the waiting room it is a warm and calming environment. The staff are awesome and the way they calm the patients is amazing!
My daughter had a small procedure done today, and after receiving the laughing gas she got sick, the incredible staff did a wonderful job assuring her everything was ok, getting her cleaned up, and giving her a new shirt to wear. Once they got her cleaned up and comfortable a staff member grabbed me from the waiting room and let me know what happened and told me my daughter was ok, she was being a trooper, and they were almost done! After she finished with her appt we checked out and I asked the staff if they had a bag we could take just incase she was to get sick again on the way home and they happily found us one. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service every time we visit, and especially today!
