Guys were amazing .Worked very hard .Explained what was going on . recommendation was not to make money recommendation is to Keep us safe from fire. It was very scary knowing that our panel was smelling like burnt plastic. He addressed the problem. Tell me what it needed and what is my decision whether I want to get it done or not he told me he’d be here between eight and nine And he was also told me he would be working from 9 to 5 and actually he got it done about 2 o’clock started at nine. I’ve been using Mr. Electric to make repairs on numerous commercial properties and every time it’s exceptional work! Sonny always shows up ready to conquer whatever tasks I throw his way and always leaves me more than satisfied! I would recommend them to anybody that needs any electrical work - big or small jobs!
Would recommend to anyone who needs electric service done. I inquired about getting my outlets fixed and was able to book online which was easy for me. My electrician Louay went above and beyond when he arrived. He checked all my outlets to be sure I got everything fixed in one trip and went as far as explaining the process. He also checked my circuit box and was able to give me a quote for an updated one and explained that process to me as well. When he was leaving he noticed my screen door came off the henge and was able to help me fix that which I greatly appreciate. I will be a returning customer to get my circuit box fixed.
