Just had our carpets cleaned by JRJ Pro Clean and they did a great job. Our carpet was looking old and dingy and matted down pretty bad. There were several stains that had been around for quite some time that had managed to survive numerous attempts by us and other professional cleaners. They managed to get all of the stains out and our carpet looks almost new now. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
I highly recommend using JRJ ProClean. I worked with Joe Jablonski for a move-out cleaning, and he was professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. Joe and I primarily communicated via text when needed, and they have a payment portal to use after service, both of which are aspects I prefer.
I've used JRJ ProClean a number of times and for good reason. I have always received prompt, efficient, courteous and professional service from them. The owner always explains everything before a job and the pricing. The workers are thorough and effective. I highly recommend JRJ ProClean for your next cleaning job.
