Great company! I know I can be a difficult customer but they were never rude and very helpful. They got me what we needed quick. Have used them 3 times just this year and will continue for as long as they’ll have me .
I had my old AC/Heating unit replaced on July 20th, 2024 after it went out days earlier in 103 degree weather. On July 15th, Ezequiel V., responded to my home to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and informative. He also took me to the unit and showed me what the issue was. He thoroughly explained everything which made me feel much more educated about what was happening. On July 20th, Mark A., Carlos L., and Quinton A., responded to install my new unit. They were extremely polite and professional and certainly made a rough and hot week better. They explained everything in detail and showed me everything prior to leaving. Hudson’s professionalism and communication concerning our plumbing issue was beyond expectations. He addressed our scheduled maintenance issues as well as an issue in our bathroom that we need an estimate for by Hudson. He addressed the mold issue with an estimate to install a vanity which was above and beyond expectations and by connecting us with a company for mold remediation and removal of our vanity. We have peace of mind and we’re able to budget for this repair thanks to Hudson and FH Furr!
