I had never had any type of physical therapy before, so I was quite nervous to start this process. EVERYONE in the entire facility was so helpful and understood that I didn't know what to do. Some of the exercises were so much fun, and this was an unexpected bonus. I had broken a bone in my right ankle, so we had to work on strengthening and balance. I was very happy with everyone that I worked with from the front desk to all the therapists etc. I would highly recommend the Jackson Clinics!!
I went for a month with Stephanie and she was really nice. She also tries to work with you if you can’t come every week due to insurance issues. She helped me with my back pain I had for 7 years and gave me ways to strengthen it.
I would give the Leesburg, VA Jackson Clinics 10 stars if I could. I've had PT 4 times in my life, but I never had as positive of an experience as here.Rachel and Danielle didn't just have me do boring, repetitive exercises, but rather they taught me about my injury and how to heal it. They're the only PT clinic that made me feel invested in my own healing, which resulted in me WANTING to do my home exercises during my time with them, and even after my insurance amount was reached.
