Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Bardsley & Katie was her assistant. It was our cat's 1st visit there. They took their time acclimating Raya to her surroundings. I had pre-medicated as they suggested knowing the history of our rescued momma kitty. Everything went so very well at an even, slow tempo. Kitty wasn't as sick as I thought she might be with respiratory symptoms which was awesome news! They went out of their way to ensure we left with a happy, healthy feline. This place is a gem. My westie started going there for a teeth cleaning and minor surgery. Start to finish, everyone was friendly and helpful. You never get the sense they are getting irritated at helping you and answering questions. The vets are AMAZING... so kind, caring, and take the time to explain everything. I bred show Westies in the past and am rather picky. I have absolutely no complaints. Second visit, my dog has sores and stuff after I left him for 4 days in the care of a home dog walker. This office saw him immediately and we have solutions!! So pleased.

We recently switched to OMVH for my senior bulldog. We have met with 3 different vets so far in the group and have loved all of them. The support staff has also been so caring and loving to our dog. They really took the time to make sure he is calm during visits and not rush any appointment.
Additionally, our dog needed extensive dental work with tooth extractions for multiple abscessed teeth. We had been putting this off due to fear of anesthesia in an older brachycephalic dog. Dr Hussion called me multiple times throughout his surgery day to update me and his recovery was exactly what he described it would be. Not to mention, the dental estimate they... read full review
