We had an excellent experience with Dr. Sarah Holdt at CVCA. Our Doberman, Zeus, needed a cardiac evaluation after another facility raised concerns about possible heart enlargement and potential cardiac disease. Naturally, we were very worried, especially because Dobermans can be prone to serious heart conditions.

Great staff, from the minute I walked through the door. Receptionist checked me in quickly and got us settled in an exam room right away. The tech was friendly and caring with our cat. The doctor was great. Together with the tech, they were very gentle and patient, making sure our cat stayed calm. When the scan was complete, he did a great job explaining his findings and what we could expect in the future.

I arrived a little early and they were able to see me and my cat almost immediately. The assistant was extremely nice. The doctor was wonderful. They let me be there to keep my cat calm, but not be in the way. During the evaluation, the doctor showed me what he was looking at and explained it to me. He answered all of my questions.
