We moved to Richmond two and a half years ago. We have been using them for pickup and delivery for the whole time since then.They have never lost anything. The laundry and dry cleaning are both excellent.Their pricing is extremely reasonable given the excellence of their service.We have found their customer service to be courteous and responsive always.They run an excellent business.

Best laundromat around. Friendly staff and you can pay with credit card. They have good machines (though the staff are sometimes using them all for wash and fold). I didn't realize that this was a self service laundromat for a long time, but the door is open so just go on in.

Brook's Stitch & Fold does a GREAT job with their laundry service. They pick it up and drop it off at our house, and they had no problems with our request to use our own detergent (I have stupid-sensitive skin). They're always friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend them.
