I would highly recommend Dr. Tim Zelch for all of your physical therapy needs. He is the best! Great atmosphere, and the receptionist, Kristine, is so caring and nice. I consider him a friend that I will always cherish.

I had a series of physical therapy sessions with Tim Zelch following cervical spine surgery with fusion. The exercises substantially improved the range of motion for my head, to the point that I am now able to drive without any problem. He also came up with exercises to strengthen the neck and shoulder muscles. As a result my head is nearly aligned with my spine and not drooping. Tim listened, explained, and was very pleasant to work with.
The physicians at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions in Ashburn are wonderful. Everyone is very professional and exceptional at facilitating recovery. I improved from less than 30% range of motion in my shoulder to over 80% in about ten weeks! Alicia up front is a scheduling wizard, she always found open slots that worked with my schedule. Thanks to all of the staff for making my recovery a great one!
