When I arrived at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions, I was a veteran of multiple physical therapists and myriad approaches. I had broken my back for the fourth time and was in need of someone who could help me deal with my unique set of unfortunate symptoms.Over weeks of physical therapy, Dr. Tim Zelch was patient and determined to get me on the road to recovery. I credit Tim with vastly improving my flexibility and reducing my pain quickly. I don’t wish, anyone, any kind of pain, but if anyone does, Dr. Tim Zelch is the best in the business. Very professional with a friendly and empathic treatment. Facilities super clean. 100% recommended.
I came to Tim on a recommendation of a friend after not seeing any improvements with a big name multiple location therapy practice. When I came to Tim he talked about the McKenzie method, which I never heard about. However, after just a few short months; I could feel how this was helping. His technique and skill is obvious. He is also the one doing the therapy. I don’t go see the therapist and then handed off to a tech person who gives me exercises and is working with 3 other people literally at the same time.
