    I had a very good first experience with Gladys, but I had a lot of issues trying to schedule a second appointment. Health issues and family emergencies were understandable, but she decided to refund me in the end instead of rescheduling, then never actually sent the refund. She is now ignoring my texts and phone calls when I'm trying to find a solution and still owns me over $100 after several months. I'm really disappointed since my first experience was good.

    Gladys is really good with the massages but is unprofessional with keeping up with appointments. Since November'23 my appointments were canceled at the last min and then rescheduled. I was told that my money would be refunded but I haven't gotten it back yet. It's good that chase gives you credit in situations like these. I tried reaching out to her couple of times and she hasn't responded. I still have proof of the conversations and cancellations incase it's needed. But please do not trust this business. Giving 2 stars for the massages and service provided when the appointments were kept.

    I contacted many times about my appointment they charge $35 on top on what paid to Groupon just to schedule and after I paid they cancelled my appointment I contacted the phone number on their website no one answers and it’s a fraud the previous phone number I had she said they are no longer in business yet they charge people to get appointment and never refund do not even trust them

    First and foremost Gladys does not know how to handle her business and lacks professional communication skills. I had purchased a prepaid for session massage package for my mother and I. Gladys has canceled on us more than once and would often times not respond to text messages because she would often change her number and not relay that to her existing customers. When we would get in touch with her she would tell us to just book online and to go from there. When you try to book online it requires you to pay a tip upfront which the tip is already pre-generated through her booking site. My mom left her a voicemail upset, the other day telling her that it was very unprofessional for her not to respond to her customers when we have made several attempts to contact her regarding rebooking our prepaid appointments and I too have been texting her new number to schedule my appointment only to find out yet again she had changed her number. My mom had booked an appointment for today and before her appointment she had texted her to confirm and Gladys said the appointment was never booked and someone else booked it over a month ago and that my mom was rude to her and that she was offended that my mom called her unprofessional (well if the shoe fits!)
    Gladys refused to refund us for the prepaid massages that I purchased and blocked my mom's messages. I would definitely not recommend going to this person at all whatsoever. Highly unprofessional.

    Appointment confirmations imply mutual respect and time commitment. The 5 cancellations, particularly the 2 at the time of arrival, were deeply unprofessional and caused significant disruption.
    My review reflects my genuine experience with your scheduling practices, which were entirely on your end. I believe potential clients deserve transparency about such experiences, regardless of your policies.
    While your right to choose clients is understandable, your current policy seems focused solely on provider convenience, offering little recourse or consideration for customer time and experience. I believe a fairer policy balancing both interests would be more beneficial for your business and customer relationships.
    Regardless of your decision, I feel it's important for others to be aware of my experience to make informed choices.

    My booking was cancelled 20 minutes before my session. I was not refunded fully or at least 50%. Then, I was asked to pay a rebooking fee that amounted to almost half of what I paid for my original session. Very low rating due to lack of professionalism.

    It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was a pro and expert and knew what areas need more focus and I felt great after. I highly recommend her.

    Nutrients in the rock provided an amazing and relaxing massage. She was very professional and attentive to details. Her skill was evident in how she used just the right amount of pressure, and her add on services were top notch. I will be returning!!
