I love Xong at Franklin Farm. She has cut my hair for years. Today I tried to use the 20% coupon that I had received in my email and she said that despite my showing it to her, she said that her machine would not take it. Why??

Love this place! MY did a fantastic job. I got a tinted gloss and she brought out a whole binder to match the exact color I wanted to my hair. She also did a fantastic job on layering my hair. Reasonably priced as well.

Had an appointment wit MY for hair cut. She was very polite and patient and asked me the way I wanted it and patiently listened to me and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Hats off to her efforts and skills and understanding the client!!!
