I just moved to Virginia from California and I love this place. I’ve been practicing yoga 25+ years and the sequencing, instruction and energy are all aligned. Very grateful to be a part of this beautiful community!???
Colleen is a great and funny teacher who helps you with your practice and helps you not take yourself too seriously. You get a great workout. The studio is airy and pretty darn hot! Love the showers too.
As my first time in your place, I can really tell that the instructor was sensitive to my lack of flow and I appreciate it that and she came down and checked on me. And gave me tips on how to adjust for my knees. The environment was great hot but not too hot and the people were all very nice especially the people who work there.
