I had my hair cut color and partial highlight done here with one of the master designers recently. I was doing coloring first time however the designer didn’t confirm or share her thoughts on what was she planning to do with my hair ahead of time and due to which I didn’t like the end result of my hair color first time. They were generous enough to take me in again to correct my hair color however i got the same results as the designer didn’t made an effort to understand my need neither sharing her plan of action clearly due to which i was not happy with final results. Donnica did a great cut and "wash & go" style for me. I had a bad experience at Hair Cuttery in the past with services to my type 4 hair. Donnica communicated with me before my appointment and gave me the confidence to take a chance in a salon for the first time in over 10 years.She looked at the pictures that I brought and gave me the exact style that I wanted. She customized her work to suit my face shape and to work with my hair texture. It was very clear that she is extremely knowledgeable regarding type 4 hair. I was so happy when I left.
