After over 10 years of getting waxed for Brazilian services, I recently switched to sugaring and had the most incredible experience at The Bombshell Studio in Short Pump with Melissa. From start to finish, the level of service and expertise was outstanding.
Melissa was extremely detail-oriented, making sure every hair was precisely removed. She was very easy to work with, inviting, and our conversation flowed naturally. Melissa is clearly an expert in her craft - she even taught me new things about the direction of hair growth in the Brazilian area that I had never realized before.
The sugaring results are amazing and so much better for my skin compared to waxing. I'm obsessed with how smooth and hair-free the area is. The Bombshell Studio really goes above and beyond - they even gave me a welcome goodie bag filled with treats.
The studio has a warm, inviting atmosphere and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. I'm already counting down until my next appointment. If you're looking to switch to sugaring from waxing, or just want an expert Brazilian service, I give The Bombshell Studio and Melissa my highest recommendation. Worth every penny!

I'm giving them 4 stars. # 1 they don't answer the phone ever! I had to go into the shop and make an appointment 2 weeks out, maybe more. The day of appointment, I get a cancellation text message . Instead of someone filling in it was just canceled. Needless to say, very disappointed the woman that did my hair did a fabulous job. The color was perfect. I was looking forward to it but I need to get it done when I schedule to have it done way overdue for the gray cover up and it's long and annoying. Sad to find a new stylist and salon. Sad to have to find a new shop. It would not have been a big deal if I could have booked an earlier appointment, I had to wait for a day off to go into the salon. therefore, not a business I'm going to do business with.

I originally started coming to Bombshell Brazilian Waxing and Beauty Lounge for waxes. I have been coming every four weeks and am satisfied every time. I always leave a big tip. Then, I got curious to go for a hair color. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by the same lady my entire life so I was nervous but also very excited to find a new stylist. Today I got my hair colored dark cherry with violet highlights and a blow out/straighten by Brittany and she did my hair exactly how I envisioned it!! I was so happy I gave a 30% tip. I will continue to come here for all of my services. Really, really recommend! All of the lovely workers here are so nice and the decor is so beautiful as well.

I’ve gone to get my hair cut by Brittany a few times now, since moving here. I always express that I just haven’t found my “haircut” yet, that I don’t love my hair. I have always been adventurous with my hair, so today was no different. But BRITTANY has done it! I’m obsessed with my hair & mini highlights. Her ideas at each appointment has lead us to this moment. I am very happy & LOVE my hair! ❤️
