This likely wont be my last time working with Migpat Home Solutions. There was a level of care and integrity that I truly appreciate. I was helped with a home inspection of a new condo build in Alexandria, VA. I appreciate the time that was taken to explain things throughout the inspection as I was able to engage and learn along the way... that to me is priceless.

Miguel installed recessed lighting in both our kitchen and our basement, has moved outlets in our master bathroom, installed ceiling fans in our 2/3rd bedrooms, as well as performed our home inspection prior to buying. He is a true professional. Fluent in both english and spanish, he is easy to communicate with and responsive.
