Had a great experience today with Britanya Farley. She was professional and kind. We did not feel rushed during the visit and we were seen quickly without an appointment. I would use this office again if needed.

The front office staff are very kind, efficient and helpful. However, my NP Kathryn Nesmith has kept me waiting more than 45 minutes on 2 of the 4 occasions I've had appointments with her. I knocked myself out to get there on time, preregistered, arrived 5 minutes early & after 45 minutes asked how much longer I'd have to wait. Then they rang someone to come get me and on the way back to the examination room, I asked if NP Nesmith was ready for me. The PA honestly replied that there was still 1 patient ahead of me NP Nesmith still had not seen.
I have never been kept waiting so long in any medical office. And I ain't no spring chicken, so that's saying something.
