If I could give 0 stars I would. Insurance set me up with them. They sent me a text at 10am saying they were on the way ETA 30-60min. Tried calling both numbers provided. No answer and voicemail full. I just got home and it's 530pm and my vehicle is still here. Mind you I tried calling them 9 times today all with no answer. My car had to be parked on the street for them to get to with keys in the car and unlocked. Yet they never showed up. DO NOT USE THEM.
Only reason for the 1 star is so that we can leave this honest review. We hit a deer at approx 745 p.m. this week and our insurance company hired this ridiculus company. As we waited for the tow truck with their ETA of 9:11 we became somewhat concered around 10:15. We called their number, voicemail and a full inbox is what we were greeted with.To make a long story short, we finally made it home due to the kindness of the County Sheriff and their towtruck driver at 430 a.m.the next morning. First class towing completely ghosted USAA phone calls. Hard to believe they are still in business.
My insurance company contacted them and assigned them to pick up my car this morning, giving me an ETA of 70-100 minutes, after waiting this time and seeing them change their ETA to, "Arriving soon" my insurance company contacted me to ask if they'd arrived yet to which I said no, I then received a text saying this company could no longer provide the service. The negative reviews don't lie! This place should not be in business!!
