Got the job done, very professional, explained what had happened and how to maintain a clear pipes Stuck with it until the blockage was cleared. Great company and employees were very polite. They cleaned up everything after they cleared it.
The plumber that showed up was well-experienced, very kind and sociable, and also equipped with the part that he found I needed as a replacement. He also made sure it was working well, and adjusted in the most optimal way.
2nd time we used this service and OUTSTANDING job on both. Redid bath sink faucet as my son's hands were too large. it took him a week to fix kitchen sin. Roto Rooter had bath sink done in 40 mins, reasonable costs, and a lot less explanatives. Very Professional and my son said he was grinning as he paid the bill. couldnt be happier with look, time and cost. Thank you Matt and team.
