They have really improved the quality and professionalism at this new location. I have always liked and respected Dr. Kechum but was seriously considering going elsewhere because of the staff. But now the staff is very professional and doing a great job. Wait times are minimal.
This was my first time at NVDO in Falls Church. It was an A+ experience. The appointment started on time, it was thurough, everyone was very pleasant and explained things well. They did not rush me. Best of all, I was not sold pricey items, no sales pitches!
Highly recommend it.
Dr V is one of the kindest and most thorough dr’s that I have encountered. Her technician is also wonderful and very professional. Dr V listens to your concerns and always looking to get your the best vision possibility.
